FISE Group, short for FISE Group Company Limited, is mainly based on the new generation of Internet information technology and provides Internet access technologies and services for operators, Internet companies, enterprises, institutions and merchants. Our offerings include mobile communication solutions, Internet-based in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) solutions, smart consumer devices, core-board for industry applications, and smart payment solutions. With all these offerings, we can deliver one-stop services covering solutions and terminals.

FISE Group has three wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely, Shenzhen FISE Technology Holding Co., Ltd., Shenzhen FISE Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen FISE Information Technology Co., Ltd.

FISE Group has maintained a leading position in China for the shipments of main boards for mobile communication devices in the last five years. With industry-leading commercial display and Internet-based IVI technologies, we provide after-market installed Internet-based IVI solutions that integrate the OTA upgrade platform, Internet of Vehicles operation platform, and traffic distribution platform. 2007

On March 15th, FISE Hi-Tech Group was established, focusing on the agency business of electronic products such as CMOS image sensors.

2008

• Established the subsidiary Shenzhen Fise Holding Technology Co., Ltd.
• Launched LCD display modules and camera module products

2009

Collaborated with upstream chip manufacturers to jointly develop DSP digital signal processing solutions and achieve commercial application.

2010

• Established a R&D center for mobile communication motherboards.
• Established strategic cooperation with MediaTek.

2011

• Shenzhen Fise Technology Holding Co., Ltd. was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
• Introduced a top team of experts in radio frequency and reliability to strengthen the technical foundation.

2012

• Developed core technologies for short-range wireless data transmission and achieved commercial application.
• Bluetooth solutions and terminal products are sold worldwide, embodying the strength of Chinese innovation.

2013

• Established a test and trial production center, and built an integrated production model of "test and trial production + external commissioning".
• Established long-term and stable strategic cooperative relations with mainstream brand merchants at home and abroad.

2014

• The monthly sales volume of mobile phone motherboards exceeded 3KK, and it was hailed as the "King of Feature Phone Solutions" with its outstanding strength.
• With its steady development strength, it was listed in the "Top 100 Industrial Enterprises in Longhua District, Shenzhen" and "Top 50 Import and Export Enterprises" lists.

2015

• Founded Shenzhen Fise Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary focusing on the Internet of Things field
• Based on modules and motherboards, provide industry application solutions and services
• Special communication products have been approved to enter state-owned enterprises such as China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry

2016

• Launched wearable and AI intelligent hardware solutions, and provided professional ODM/OEM services
• Core boards are widely used in markets such as vehicle networking, power and commercial display

2017

• Fise was rated as a Famous Trademark of Guangdong Province
• FiseTech was recognized as a "Shenzhen Industrialization and Informatization Integration Standard Implementation Enterprise"

• According to the test results of China Mobile Terminal Laboratory, Fise's 4G smart watch solution ranked second in comprehensive score

2018

• Fise Tech was rated the "Shenzhen Longhua District Enterprise Technology Center".
• Fise Tech was recognized as the "Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for R&D and Application of Intelligent Terminal Motherboards".
• Established a strategic partnership with Google.
• Became one of the first authorized ODM/OEM manufacturers of KaiOS.

2019

• Became the first KaiOS mobile phone solution provider to achieve mass production and delivery on the MTK platform
• Established a new payment product R&D center and launched new payment products

2020

• FISE Tech won the list of Top 100 foreign trade enterprises in Longhua District of Shenzhen
• FISE Intelligence won the list of Top 100 small and medium-sized innovative enterprises in Longhua District of Shenzhen
• Fise Launches the World's First 4G Mobile Phone with the Forehead Thermometer Feature
• Face recognition technology is widely used in payment terminals and core board solutions

2021

2022

• FISE Tech was awarded the title of Shenzhen Specialized New Small and Medium-sized Enterprise

2023

• Expanded into the smart display business and launched the Portable Screen series.
• Established partnerships with key customers including Symphony and Transsion.
• Laid out storage chip and CIS chip packaging and testing business.

2024

• Shipments exceeded 12 million units, with sales revenue surpassing 3 billion RMB.
• Expanded into new business sectors including cloud computers, Mini PCs, solid-state drives (SSDs) and servers.

2025

• Completed the Huizhou Intelligent Manufacturing Base, comprehensively upgrading capacity and supporting facilities.
• Settled in the high-end office space of K Cube, embarking on a new journey of development.
• Initiated R&D of AI-related products and expanded the smart imaging equipment solution business.

2026

Strategically transformed into an ‘AI Access Technology and Service Provider’, launched the theme ‘Embrace AI, Create a New Future’, and the entire group entered the AI era.
